About us
aleo solar GmbH develops and produces high-performance modules at its site in Prenzlau (near Berlin, Germany) and serves as a system provider for the global photovoltaic market. aleo's product portfolio ranges from on-roof and in-roof panels to BIPV elements, which enable the integration of solar energy into buildings, carports, and terrace roofing. With manufacturing experience dating back to 2001, the company has developed excellent know-how in module production. Since 2014, aleo solar has been a part of the wafer manufacturer SAS (Sino American Silicon Products Inc.), headquartered in Hsinchu, Taiwan. Consequently, aleo solar is an integral part of a robust solar manufacturer that covers the entire photovoltaic value chain – from the development and production of high-performance ingots, wafers, and cells, to the delivery of the solar module.

BIPV solar module Elegante
The frameless photovoltaic glass has a transparency of about 28%. This creates pleasant shading. The module can be prestressed in the building envelope, or utelised for carports or terasses.
Two 4mm thick glasses on the front and back ensure the necessary robustness. Thanks to the safety glass used, the modules are approved by the DIBt for both overhead installation and vertical glazing.
