Vibration Control
Noise damage is one of the most expensive problems in construction. Acoustic decoupling between the pipes and the building structure is therefore essential. The materials and special construction methods we use ensure that our products meet the vibration control requirements specified in the standards DIN 4109 and VDI 4100.
Whether it’s setting a fixed anchor point for pipelines or units such as boilers, pumps or air conditioners, our vibration control systems enable fixing to ceilings, walls or floors without any noise. Support channel constructions or suspended ventilation ducts can also be installed without sound bridges in a practical, time-saving manner thanks to our modular system.

Support Сhannels
The MPC and MPR-installation support channels enable the load-appropriate fixing of pipelines or ventilation shafts through different profile sizes. By means of scalable installation slots, attachments and pipe clamps can be fixed precisely, yet flexibly. With the help of an extensive range of accessories, the support channels are perfect for setting up complex support structures for anchor points, complex support structures, or racks and shelves.
The modular style allows the profiles to be adapted individually according to the construction site in question. Different materials and surface finishes can also be provided, which guarantee optimum durability in different settings, such as in coastal areas or other corrosive atmospheres.
Heavy-Duty Fastening
Our heavy-duty pipe fixing for industrial and plant construction as well as heavy-duty building technology is manufactured to order and according to customer specifications in terms of material and surface finish. In addition to hot-dip galvanisation, we also offer primed, painted and coated finishes. Our product range also includes a special cramping system for connection to steel constructions without drilling and welding.
The modular MPT-support system closes the gap between support structures from the established range of MPC/MPR-support channels and conventional steel construction. Some of the main benefits include the continuous groove and the generous connection of assembly and system components. The hot-dip galvanisation ensures that the parts can be used both indoors and outdoors. The MPT-support system is available as part of the standard range.
