Combining the versatility of lightweight concrete with the structural integrity of a lightweight steel frame, our innovative system uses a type of concrete known for its excellence - the lightweight porous variety, which meets the high standards of EN 1520. It excels in structural integrity and compactness, meeting the exacting requirements of EN 206 and DIN 1045.
Our lightweight concrete offers two density classes - the lightweight porous option with a range of 0.8-1.4 for bulk density and a compactness class of 1.6-2.0. In terms of strength, we offer strength classes including lightweight porous LAC 6, LAC 8 and LAC 10, and compactness classes up to LC 40/44. These variations can handle compressive strengths from 6-44 N/mm².
Our building system is a complete solution for walls and ceilings, integrating a range of finishing trades. From windows and shutters to plumbing and electrical rough-ins. We provide pre-installed insulation and a durable formwork surface, ready for wallpapering.
