Products & Services
The MWM product portfolio comprises gas engines and gensets in the output range from 400 kWel to 4,500 kWel. In this way, it is possible to set up power plants with an output of up to 100,000 kWel and more.
The gas engines can be operated with various types of gas, such as natural gas, associated petroleum gas, mine gas, biogas, landfill gas, sewage gas, and syngas. They are designed for maximum electrical and thermal efficiency, low operating and service costs, and high reliability and availability. Thus they achieve efficiency of over 90 percent.
Gas Engine TCG 3016 (400 - 1,000 kWel)
- Optimum efficiency: electrical efficiency up to 43 percent
- Low gas consumption, flexible use of fuel, suitable for all gas types including hydrogen admixtures of up to 25 vol%
- Greatly reduced installation and operating costs
- Fully digitized power plant control
- Low maintenance costs due to longer maintenance intervals of up to 80,000 hours until general overhaul
Gas Engine TCG 3020 (1,380 - 2,300 kWel)
- Electrical efficiency of up to 45 percent (natural gas) and 43.6 percent (biogas)
- Designed for natural gas operation with hydrogen admixture of up to 25 vol%
- High reliability and efficiency
- Low maintenance costs thanks to long service intervals of up to 80,000 hours until general overhaul
Gas Engine TCG 2032 (3,000 - 4,500 kWe)
- Runs on all gas types: natural gas, landfill gas, sewage gas, mine gas, coke oven gas, biogas
- High reliability. Low operating and maintenance costs.
- Also available with fast ramp-up option for the B-version
